Featured review submitted by: Seth Hyatt:
Biblical Archaeology Review magazine is an ideal tool for scholars, students, and laymen who wish to remain current with the quest for evidence of the Bible's historical accuracy. Of interest too are the arguments and debates presented as to the interpretation of archaeological finds and their relevancy to Bible accounts. This magazine is a must-read for students of Bible history.

Submitted By: Shawn Rice: As a graduate from CalStateUnivFullerton Anthropology department and a Messianic Rabbi, I find Biblical Archeology Review Magazine to be a refreshing view of substantive evidence regardless of Biblical or secular position - just the facts. Dealing with the facts allows the readers to self determine and judge what is and what is not true in the Biblical view. This magazine assists the reader in locating new archeological finds to prove or disprove Biblical beliefs, secular Humanist foundations (supportive or not), which all helps to understand the historical view and the basis for the current human condition. Knowing these facts allows for a better ability at predictive analysis in current world politics that in turn provides a foundation of data for actually seeing where the probable direction of economics, religious and political currents will move. The world becomes a map that can be read with a certain amount of predictability.

The articles are written in a compelling fashion complete with the human drama associated with the specific topic at hand. The photography and illustrations are first class as is the tasteful advertising, which thankfully takes up very little space in the magazine. For a different perspective on the past, I highly recommend Biblical Archaeology Review.

Submitted By: Gene Saker: Biblical Archeology Review Magazine is the fascinating, scientific look at the birthplace, roots, and peoples of Judaism and Christianity--world religions--lending a "you are there" quality. Knowledge is the indispensable necessity for the true believer and the biblical critic alike. It is readable, non-technical, and highly recommended.

It has great articles from many of the leading archaeologists in the field. The pictures are great and I learn a ton every time I pick up my copy. If you are looking for a quick way to keep up with the latest happenings in the field of Biblical Archaeology then look no further. I really don't think you'll be disappointed if you give it a try.

Submitted By: Paul T. Smith: As a religious educator, and one who has visited Israel twice, I find the Biblical Archaeology Review an exciting and refreshing way to keep current in the latest investigative work undertaken on ancient sites in the Holy Land. I find that even those authors with whom I disagree have stimulated and expanded my thinking. I highly recommend Biblical Archaeology Review.

Submitted By: Kathy Spencer: As a lay person, I have found Biblical Archaeology Review magazine to be wonderfully informative and deeply enlightening. As a Christian, Biblical Archaeology Review has deepened my understanding of scripture and enhanced my study of the bible. Recently, I was involved in the study of the Patriarchs through Beth Moore's bible study and I received my Sept/Oct issue of Biblical Archaeology Review. I was thrilled to find an in depth article by Jeffrey R. Chadwick on "Discovering Hebron: The City of the Patriarchs Slowly Yields Its Secrets." I was able to share the article with my Bible study group and we were all very blessed to be able to see pictures and read about the excavation of sites that we were studying about in the Scriptures. Your magazine is truly a blessing to me and, in fact, I am giving your subscription as a gift to many of my family members who have also expressed an interest in your magazine and all it offers.
